We are hiring for a driven Account Manager to join our Account Management team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers as well as growing out an assigned client portfolio.
Responsibilities of an Account Manager include but are not limited to:
- Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
- Driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling
- Becoming a product expert and advocate, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients
- Ensuring client satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and resolving issues
- Gathering and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize our offerings
As an experienced Account Manager, you would have:
- At least 4 years of experience in customer success, business development, consulting or sales-related role
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
- Strong understanding of data and analytics solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations
