We are seeking a resourceful and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our scoutAsia team in our Philippines office. As an Inside Sales Associate, you have a crucial role in driving sales growth by qualifying leads, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Associate include but will not be limited to:
- Qualifying inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting
- Assisting Sales Specialists in preparing sales materials and conducting client demos
- Building rapport with client prospects and provide initial product demonstrations
- Maintaining accurate data within our CRM and generate insightful reports
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to the sales process including client documentation such as service agreements, contracts or order forms
To be successful in this role of an Inside Sales Associate in our Philippines office, you would have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A passion for sales and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative and proactive team player mentality
This role requires working during night shift / US hours.
