Responsibilities of an Account Manager include but are not limited to:

• Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
• Driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling
• Becoming a product expert and advocate, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients
• Ensuring client satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and resolving issues
• Gathering and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize our offerings

As an experienced Account Manager, you would have:

• At least 4 years of experience in customer success, business development, consulting or sales-related role
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks

We are looking to expand our Business Development team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are hiring for an Assistant Director, Business Development. The Assistant Director for Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans and driving revenue. The Assistant Director for Business Development will be working with the Business Development team in Kuala Lumpur and other cross-functional teams based in Malaysia and elsewhere to achieve revenue and market share growth targets.

Key responsibilities for the Assistant Director, Business Development include, and are not limited to:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for specific territories in the Malaysia region, including market and competitor analysis, and identification of growth opportunities
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure follow-up on leads and prospects
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions around sales performance, market trends and business development activities

As an experienced Assistant Director for Business Development, you would have

• Proven track record of at least 8 years of experience in business development and sales.
• Savvy negotiation and objective handling skills. Able to anticipate sales issues and implement strategies early in the sales process to mitigate.
• Knowledge of the Malaysia market, including industry trends and competitive landscape across either SaaS, Big Data or Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• An understanding of either capital markets, regulatory and compliance landscapes, or corporate data is a significant advantage.
• Mandarin speaking and writing skills would be an additional advantage.

We are hiring a Data Engineer to be based in our Kuala Lumpur office. The Data Engineer will be part of our Data and AI team that is involved in building innovative products on cutting-edge technologies to solve business problems. As a Data Engineer, you should be a data pipeline builder and a data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up.

Our field moves extremely quickly, and so it is important that you have a combination of curiosity and creativity. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to combine data from different sources.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architecture
• Developing and implementing (e.g., in Python) ML techniques to understand, interpret and extract features from datasets
• Participating in building the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and Python
• Handling large amounts of sensitive data and creating, maintaining &scaling ETL pipelines to fuel web applications

If you have the following skills or seeking to develop in depth skills as below, then this role is for you!

• Knowledge of multiple or at least one programming language such as: Python, Java, Scala, GoLang

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer (AI Engineer) with experience and passion in Machine Learning. As an AI Engineer, you will be part of a team involved in designing, developing and deploying scalable machine learning products. This role will be based in our Malaysia office, specifically in Kuala Lumpur.

Experience and interest in Natural Language Processing (NLP) would be key to this role as an AI Engineer.  Other areas covered would be:

• Named Entity Recognition
• Relationship Recognition and Resolution
• Text Classification
• Sentiment Analysis

Your responsibilities as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer (AI Engineer) include but are not limited to:

• Building relevant engineering pipelines and assure that the AI engine is efficient, scalable and of good quality to meet project requirements
• Designing and developing machine learning applications and models in different domains
• Providing impact analysis when there is a change to the existing pipeline
• Continuously improving quality and efficiency of AI engine
• Automating model runs as well as the deployment of model pipelines

Ideally, as an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer (AI Engineer), you would have:

• Demonstrable experience with Machine Learning engineering and programming skills in Python
• Practical experience in building RESTful APIs
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), data mining, machine intelligence
• Hands on experience of implementing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
• Proficiency with one or more deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, et al.

It would be a plus if you had the following:

• Knowledge of cloud concepts and devops
• An understanding of working with message queues
• MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field
